Womankind has lost our contract to provide confidential care to teens.

If you are under the age of 18, you will need a consent form signed by a parent to continue your care with us. 
If this is not possible, you can still receive confidential care at the Monroe County Health Department.
They have a wonderful team who will help you.

Stop by their open house on either October 29 or November 12 to meet the staff and learn
how easy it will be to get care in Key West, Marathon, and Key Largo.
